This is how the sweet locals of Kokan greet and welcome their guests from all parts of the world!With the same spirit and hospitality, we welcome you to our home in the heart of Ratnagiri city, which is a quiet little port town in Kokan, Maharashtra. Ratnagiri is blessed with beautiful beaches, interesting history, important religious places and also a busy fishing industry.
How it started:
We constructed a sea facing bungalow ‘Shivam’ in 2006 as Konkan is our native place and it is very beloved to us!
In all these years we have always welcomed our friends and family to Ratnagiri and they have enjoyed staying with us in our bungalow and exploring Ratnagiri like a local. This prompted us to construct an additional floor with a separate access and a terrace with amazing sea views, and make it open to all guests beyond our friends and family.
So we welcome you to stay with us and enjoy our hospitality!
